RFP Docket

What it does

Four jobs, one record.

RFP Docket covers the whole arc of a public bid: finding it, deciding on it, assembling it, and staying eligible to win it. Here is each part in detail.

01

Discover

One feed instead of twenty tabs.

Federal, state, county, city, university and cooperative sources, ingested on a schedule and normalized into one record shape: title, agency, jurisdiction, posted date, deadline, source link. The feed sorts newest first, because a posted date is something every source actually publishes and a deadline is not.

  • Saved searches by jurisdiction level, geography, keyword and source
  • Daily or weekly email digest to whoever needs it
  • Duplicate postings collapsed on a content hash
  • A filter that cannot be satisfied says so, instead of returning an empty screen

Triage

One shared board, seven stages, one owner each.

Watching, Reviewing, Go, Submitted, Awarded, No-Go, Lost. Every card carries an owner, a reminder date, tags and notes. The note explaining why you passed is the one you will want twelve months from now, when the same solicitation reposts and somebody asks whether you looked at it last time.

  • Assignment to a person, visible to the whole team
  • Reminder dates that fire before the deadline, not on it
  • A written record of every no, with the reason
  • CSV export of the whole pipeline

Assemble

The requirements table on page 34, turned into a checklist.

Every solicitation buries its real requirements in an attachment table halfway through the document. Each pursuit gets a room: the required items as a checklist, an owner and due date per item, the files attached in place, the submission method and address, and a countdown that is not a surprise.

  • Per-item owners and internal due dates, ahead of the real one
  • Addenda logged as they drop, with the checklist updated
  • The Q&A deadline tracked separately from the bid deadline
  • A completeness count you can read at a glance

Stay eligible

The disqualification you cannot see coming.

Every portal account and certification you hold, with its renewal date and status: Not Started, In Progress, Registered, Renewal Needed, Expired. Anything inside its renewal window floats to the top of the list, and the urgency is computed from the date rather than trusting the status somebody last updated in March.

  • Renewal countdown, sorted most urgent first
  • Category tabs for Federal, State, University, County and Co-op
  • Usernames and login notes on the record
  • No password storage, by design — passwords belong in your password manager

The honest part

What we deliberately don’t build

We don’t submit your bid. Agencies require submission through their own portal, under an account in your name. Anything that claimed otherwise would either be lying or putting your credentials somewhere they should not be.

We don’t write your proposal. Plenty of tools will generate proposal text. The reason bids fail is usually a missing form or a blown deadline, and that is what this fixes.

We don’t store portal passwords. Holding other companies’ portal credentials would turn every database export into a credential dump and every access-rule mistake into a breach. Usernames and notes, yes. Passwords, no.

We don’t promise you’ll win more. We promise you will see more of what is out there, and that you will be ready on the day.

Tell us what you bid on. We’ll show you what’s open today.

Two minutes to set up your first saved search. No card, no call.
