Questions people actually ask
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, no card up front. You build a saved search and see the real matched feed before you decide anything.
What counts as a seat?
One person with their own login. Seats are named, not concurrent — if someone leaves, you reassign the seat rather than buying another.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Changes are prorated to the day.
Do you charge per opportunity or per search?
No. The corpus of public solicitations is the same data for every customer, so it costs us the same whether you run two saved searches or twenty. Plans differ on seats and on the submission and export features, not on how much you look.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export everything to CSV first — your tracker, notes and registrations are yours. After cancellation the account is read-only for 30 days, then deleted.
Do you store our portal passwords?
No, and that is a deliberate design decision rather than a missing feature. Registration records hold the portal name, category, username, renewal date and your own notes. Passwords belong in your password manager.
